Hello Friends,
Blount County Newcomers Club is a women's club located in Maryville, Tennessee. The purpose of this club is to introduce newcomers and neighbors to the social, cultural and volunteer opportunities available in Blount County and the surrounding area. Some of us just moved here and some of us have been here for many years. We all share a common desire to have fun, make some friends, and enjoy cultural enrichment while learning about our community.
Newcomers has something for almost everyone. We offer Scrabble, Dominoes, Rummykub, Euchre and Bridge groups. Stamping, hiking and antiquing are also part of our organized interests, and we're always open to new ideas. Our special luncheons provide an opportunity for you to meet members in smaller groups as well as in different social settings. Individual "fun" groups are a great way to learn about favorite places to shop and eat.
As a club, we endeavor to make meaningful contributions to our community. We raise money and make donations of food, time and gifts to those in need in Blount County.
We welcome all women of Blount County to join our wonderful group. We hope to see you soon.
